Abuse is going on in juvenile correctional and treatment programs across the country.Kids are being abused and even killed by these systems put in place to HELP troubled youth. IF YOU THINK YOU DON'T CARE, OR THIS DOESN'T EFFECT YOU...think about this...would you rather have a properly cared for and rehabilitated "ex delinquent" move in next door, or one that was abused in various ways and has no education? It effects us all. IF YOU HAVE A CHILD, THIS IS INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW!!!
